The mysterious Dr. Samson and her financial backers have found a way to make woman stronger than men – much stronger – and now that they've finished initial testing, creating a number of immensely strong women, they're preparing to start their marketing efforts to the women of the world.

In this issue, Dr. Samson's lab assistant takes in interest in becoming stronger, herself. And one of the test subjects, drunk on her newly superhuman strength, looks for a way to become even stronger!

In this female muscle growth comic, a mysterious scientist recruits couples to test her "Strength Increase Serum" – but oddly enough it only seems to work on the women. And girl, does it ever work! While nerdy Jacob and buff Mike see no benefit, tiny Emily and fitness instructor Sarah find themselves growing bigger, more muscular, and vastly stronger! Sarah's always wanted to be strong, so her bulging muscles and new power are like a dream come true, but Emily's not quite so sure...

Dr. Samson's sinister scheme to transform women into the much stronger sex continues unopposed! (Or does it?) Meanwhile, more women find themselves becoming as strong, or stronger, than men, and the super-jacked women from issue #1 are back, trying to figure out exactly how strong the high dose of Dr. Samson's serum has made them!
