I love this giantess growth vignette. Timewyrm has a lot of giantess and GTS images in his deviantART gallery, but this new one is my favorite (so far).

This is from Jungle De Ikou, a Japanese anime about a schoolgirl who becomes the host for a giant-breasted flower goddess named Mei. At a critical point in the storyline, when Tokyo is menaced by a giant monster of the sort that always seems to be menacing Tokyo, Mei and a host of other mystical creatures cast a spell that transform her into a giantess.

I bought the video when it came out, and I was pleased as punch with it even before Mei became gigantic.
